The First Post!

Time goes by so quickly, and Amelia is growing like a weed! It's amazing to see her developing new skills and words daily. She is now 20 months old. She absolutely LOVES music and dances as often as possible.

She is a very affectionate girl. Always giving out hugs and kisses. She loves to wave at people and say "hi"and "bye". I am constantly wondering why the strange guy in the grocery store is waving at me, but quickly realize it's Amelia :)

Ken is doing well and working at Monroe Prison as a Correctional Officer. It is a long commute, but he likes what he is doing. His schedule is tough, but worth it.

As most of you already know, Ken and I went on an amazing European adventure in July. My parents graciously took us all to Europe!!! We flew into London, England and then onto a cruise ship where we visited Ireland, Wales, Scotland and France. Then ended the trip in Paris. It was fantastic and definitely the trip of a lifetime!
